The person in charge of the account is no longer working with us and I cannot access the account to reorder, what can I do?

We recommend when you create a MorningPrint account that you use a general company email that your team has access to (no payment info is stored) so it is not linked to a personal account. We are sorry because MorningPrint is unable to release any design / information regarding an account to anyone but the account holder, regardless of if your name / company is on the design as the design itself is property of the account holder. We recommend that you contact the person who owns the account to gain access of files to place a new order.
