Please kindly note that this does not mean to literally outline your text. If MorningPrint does not have the font that you have used in your design, you run this risk of having a font substituted. To avoid this issue you will need to convert the text to an object in order to preserve its integrity.
- When using Illustrator you can avoid this issue by converting the text to outlines by doing the following: Select/Select All. It doesn't matter if other graphic elements are selected. Then Select Type/Create Outlines from the menu.
You will notice that the text is no longer editable text but rather an object.
-
Photoshop doesn’t have a “CONVERT TO OUTLINE” command, so what you can do is go to LAYER > TYPE > CONVERT TO SHAPE. Or you can just rasterize the text by selecting the text layer right clicking and selecting rasterize.
-
To do this in CorelDRAW, first, kindly select all the type in your file. Go to the top menu under Arrange, select Convert to Curves. You can also achieve this by right clicking the object and selecting Convert to Curves in that menu.

To embed fonts in your Word document, you need to first visit Word Options. To get there, click the File tab > Options > Save, and ensure that Embed fonts in the file is checked;
